My approach combines candid documentary coverage with guided, cinematic portraits. Most of your day is filmed as it happens, naturally and without interruption. When it matters, I will guide you into a few relaxed portraits that look the way the day felt. The result is a film that brings the day back: the speeches, the laughter, the tears, and the small moments you did not see at the time.
Every wedding is covered by two shooters, so more of your day is captured, from more angles, without anything feeling rushed or staged.
Same Day Edits are a specialty of mine. The highlights of your day are filmed, edited, and screened during your reception, so you and your guests can relive the day before the night is over. If a Same Day Edit is something you are considering, mention it when you inquire, as it is best planned from the start.

I began my career in software development and left in 2010 to pursue cinematography full time. In the years since, I have had the honour of filming weddings across Canada and internationally, including celebrations in Malta, Texas, Mexico, and France.
What has stayed consistent is the way I work: calmly, professionally, and with respect for the people and the moments in front of the camera. My role is to help you tell your story with honesty, emotion, and care, and to give you a film your family will return to for years.
My Philosophy
A wedding brings two families together, and behind every celebration is a story that deserves to be told well. Over the years, I have learned something new from every couple I have worked with, and those experiences have shaped both my approach to cinematography and the standard I hold for every film.
