Bringing Your Love Story to Life

Hi, I'm Ray Kwok. If you’re reading things, chances are you butt-dialed the wrong link… The other possibility is, you’re getting married!! In which case, welcome and congratulations on your engagement!

A little bit about me as a videographer: My approach is cinematic, authentic, and unobtrusive. I focus on capturing real, unscripted moments… your laughter, your tears, and everything in between, so you can relive the joy and emotion of your special day for years to come. Also I’m a big softy so there’s a good chance your video will be marinated and cooked with man tears, and who doesn’t want that am I right??

And yes, I specialize in Same Day Edits that leave your guests speechless.

Ray Kwok

I'm a lover of animals, motorcycles, and all things tech. After graduating from post-secondary, I began a career in software development, which let me sit in a chair from 9 to 5 and that along with my love for deadlifts, RIP spine. So, I opted for a standing 14 hours a day instead! …hahaha……

2010 was when I made the leap, left my tech career behind, and pursued cinematography full-time. Some thought I was a little crazy, but for me, it made all the sense in the world.

In the past 15 years, I’ve had the honour of working with amazing couples from around the world, capturing their weddings in unforgettable locations like Malta, Texas, Mexico, and France.

My style blends modern cinematic storytelling with a respect for timeless tradition. I work in a calm, unobtrusive way, quietly observing and capturing the real moments as they unfold. The result is a film that’s both polished and personal, letting you relive your wedding day exactly as it felt.

My Philosophy

A wedding is a ceremony that unites two people in marriage, but behind every wedding is a beautiful love story, each one unique and deeply meaningful in its own way.

Over the years, my relationship with weddings has evolved. I’ve learned something new from every couple I’ve worked with, and those experiences have shaped not only my approach to cinematography but also who I am as a person.

Your story is what inspires me. As your cinematographer, my role is to help you tell that story… with honesty, emotion, and care.
